We create digital campaigns every day that inspire people and make brands stand out — combining data-driven strategies with creative ideas. To achieve this, we use cutting-edge tools and platforms, from Google Ads and Meta to AI-powered optimization solutions. As a Working Student (m/f/d) in our SEA/PPC team, you’ll help us further develop our performance marketing activities, optimize campaigns and bring new ideas to life.

Your tasks

Support the optimization of our campaigns through hands-on implementation of campaign setups, targeting and ad structures
Perform regular performance checks and share insights and status updates with your team
Analyze key campaign elements such as bids, creatives and targeting to identify improvement opportunities
Run creative copywriting experiments together with our Creative and SEA experts – supported by dedicated LLM-based tools within the platforms
Learn the ins and outs of the advertising platforms used at AIDU and work towards official certifications for selected tools
Build your professional network in digital marketing – both within AIDU and through regular contact with our platform partners

Your profile

You are currently enrolled in a field of study related to economics, mathematics or German philology – ideally with a focus on marketing or statistics
You have very good language skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
You enjoy diving deep into numbers and large volumes of data
You are eager to learn by doing when it comes to PPC platforms and web analytics
You can demonstrate a strong interest in digital marketing and a motivation to grow your skills in this area

Wir entwickeln täglich digitale Kampagnen, die Menschen begeistern und Marken sichtbar machen – mit datenbasierten Strategien und kreativen Ideen. Dabei setzen wir auf modernste Tools und Plattformen, von Google Ads über Meta bis hin zu KI-gestützten Optimierungslösungen. Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im SEA/PPC-Team unterstützt du uns dabei, unsere Performance-Marketing-Aktivitäten weiterzuentwickeln, Kampagnen zu optimieren und neue Ideen zum Leben zu erwecken.

Deine Aufgaben

Optimierung von Kampagnen durch die praktische Umsetzung von Kampagnen-Setups, Zielgruppen-Targeting und Anzeigestrukturen
Regelmäßige Durchführung von Performance-Checks sowie Aufbereitung und Weitergabe von Ergebnissen und Status-Updates an das Team
Analyse zentraler Kampagnenaspekte wie Gebote, Creatives und Targeting zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
Mitwirkung an kreativen Copywriting-Experimenten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Creative- und SEA-Team, unterstützt durch KI-basierte Tools innerhalb der Plattformen
Einarbeitung in die Funktionsweise der bei AIDU eingesetzten Werbeplattformen sowie Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung auf offizielle Zertifizierungen ausgewählter Tools
Aufbau und Pflege eines beruflichen Netzwerks im digitalen Marketing – sowohl intern bei AIDU als auch im Austausch mit externen Plattformpartnern

Dein Profil

Eingeschrieben in einem Studiengang mit Bezug zu Wirtschaft, Mathematik oder Germanistik – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkten in Marketing oder Statistik
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2)
Interesse an Zahlen und Freude daran, sich in große Datenmengen einzuarbeiten
Bereitschaft, durch praktische Anwendung im Umgang mit PPC-Plattformen und Webanalyse-Tools zu lernen
Nachweisbares Interesse am digitalen Marketing sowie Motivation, die eigenen Fähigkeiten in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
