Our promotions team combines marketing, creativity, UX and product logic to develop high-performing campaigns based on benefits, offers and ideas throughout the entire user journey.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist with the planning, coordination and implementation of promotions and gradually develop the skills to manage projects independently.
You will help ensure that all stakeholders work together effectively, that information is transparent and that promotions are implemented in a structured manner.

Your tasks

  • You support the planning, conceptualization and execution of promotions
  • You keep track of timelines, dependencies and project progress, ensuring smooth execution
  • You prepare and follow up on meetings and document outcomes in a structured way
  • You support the development and implementation of creative content to promote “ab in den urlaub” across various on- and off-site channels
  • You contribute to the analysis and evaluation of campaign performance
  • You bring in ideas to optimize processes, workflows and user journeys

Your profile

  • Project Management: You keep track of timelines, dependencies and overall project progress, ensuring smooth execution
  • Collaboration: You work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, UX, Content, Product) and coordinate tasks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Promotions: You support the planning, conceptualisation and execution of promotions
  • Content: You assist in developing and delivering creative content to promote “ab in den urlaub” across various on- and off-site channels
  • Analysis: You contribute to analysing and evaluating campaign performance
  • Optimisation: You bring forward ideas to improve processes, workflows and user journeys
  • Meetings: You prepare and follow up on meetings, documenting outcomes in a structured way
