Experience and Background
You have completed vocational training in the travel industry, for example as a Tourismuskaufmann/-frau or Reiseverkehrskaufmann/-frau, and have professional experience working in a call centre. Your training and professional experience have given you sound knowledge of the travel industry.
Sales and Travel Expertise
You have experience in active sales and understand the processes involved in travel advice and bookings.You are also familiar with post-booking topics such as booking changes, cancellations and complaints. You recognise sales opportunities and have experience with upselling and cross-selling.
Tools and Systems
You are confident using CRM and booking systems as part of your day-to-day work. You are also comfortable with standard Office applications and can quickly familiarise yourself with new systems and processes.
Service and Communication
You have a very good command of German, both written and spoken (C1 level), and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner. You see excellent customer service as an important part of a positive Customer Journey and know how to combine a customer-focused approach with a sales mindset. English language skills are an advantage.

Working ArrangementsYou work primarily remotely and come to our Leipzig office when required for in-person appointments, meetings or training. You are also willing to work shifts in line with our service hours, including weekends and public holidays.
