Deine Aufgaben

Kreative Gestaltung von Werbetexten und redaktionellen Inhalten (Online-Magazin, Kampagnen-Landingpages etc.)
Proaktive Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer Content Marketing Strategie
Reporting von Content Maßnahmen sowie User-Analyse anhand moderner Auswertungstools
Erste Erfahrungen mit KI Texterstellung von Vorteil
Qualitätskontrolle der erstellten Inhalte
Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Content Management Systems
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen (in Deutschland / Polen / Tschechien) und externen Partnern

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in den Bereichen Medien, Kommunikation oder Journalismus
Praxisrelevante Erfahrung im Content Bereich oder einer Redaktion
Begeisterung für digitale Trends und Affinität für moderne Marketing Tools
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Content Management Systemen
Erfahrungen mit Video Content Creation
Strategische und analytische Denkweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative, um Dinge voranzutreiben
Hohes Maß an Kreativität, sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und Freude am Schreiben
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your tasks

Creative development of advertising copy and editorial content (online magazine, campaign landing pages, etc.)
Proactive support in the implementation and optimization of our content marketing strategy
Reporting on content activities and user analysis using modern analytics tools
Initial experience with AI-based text creation is an advantage
Quality assurance of created content
Management and further development of our content management system
Close collaboration with internal departments (in Germany / Poland / Czech Republic) and external partners

Your profile

Completed vocational training or degree in media, communications, or journalism
Practical experience in content creation or an editorial environment
Enthusiasm for digital trends and affinity for modern marketing tools
Confident use of MS Office; experience with content management systems
Experience in video content creation
Strategic and analytical mindset combined with strong initiative to drive things forward
High level of creativity, excellent language skills, and a passion for writing
Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
